This Insertion Point Cursor has the same gray color to it that matches the gray paper background in my LibreOffice Writer. However, my problem relates to the "Insertion point cursor". So where ever I move my mouse the "I-BEAM Cursor" tracks the mouse movement on the screen and I can see it. In LibreOffice Writer I have no problem seeing the "I-Beam Cursor" shown above because its color is WHITE and it stands out from the paper background which is gray. I have launchers in the tray that point to these executable scripts in my ~/home directory. Two scripts-one for dark and one for light themes. Since I prefer the dark theme I have come up with workarounds You will find the dark theme to obfuscate other utilities and certan sites as well.
